I didn’t start out in fitness—I actually earned my Master’s of Science and Teaching Certificate before falling in love with nutrition and strength training. But when I first started my own fitness journey, I was overwhelmed by all the conflicting advice out there. It felt impossible to figure out what actually worked.

That frustration led me to dive deep into evidence-based training and nutrition, and eventually, I turned that passion into coaching. Now, I help others cut through the noise, avoid common mistakes, and build real strength and confidence—without wasting time on fads or misinformation.

Why Strength Training?

Strength training isn’t just about looking fit—it’s about what your body can do. It keeps you strong, capable, and independent as you age. I care deeply about longevity, bone health, and maintaining movement abilities so that you never feel limited in life. Whether it’s picking up your kids, hiking, or simply moving without pain, strength training gives you the freedom to live fully.
